1. Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 5 to 8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
2. Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package’s status.
3. Lost or Damaged Packages:
flosone Studios is not held responsible for:
- Mistakes made by carriers
- Wrong addresses given by customers
- PO box issues
- Stolen packages after delivery
Cancellations
Please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase to request a cancel to your order.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is missing in transit, please contact us within 30 days and provide us with photo images of the item in question, if relevant, and your order number.
